I'm surprised that within two years the same person was talking about "Nuclear Power Renaissance" for the year 2011 - as if nuclear power reactors are different from nuclear weapons.  On 11th March 2011, Fukushima Daiichi proved that these are the same, and showed how easy to destroy a country just by removing water and "electric" power supply.  It doesn't even require tsunami, let alone earthquakes.
